Twitch Tea contains Vervain, Valerian, Chamomile and Black Cohosh. Helps in opening the root chakra. Vervain has anti-inflammatory health benefits as well as helping support a healthy body. Valerian helps to relax the body which is complemented by the chamomile. Lastly, Black cohosh has a positive effect on women's health with issues such as menopause and also aids in mental health.
